The laws of gravity are upon us. What goes up, comes down and then the cycle starts once again. We learned it from Persephone and now we see it in the world of natural wine. Death and Resurrection, and there’s no better theme for the nearing of the Winter Solstice than this.

Wine sales by the item are down. Bottles aren’t moving. Even amongst the great and previously unattainable. This week I saw two shop offers for Dard & Ribo. Unheard of over the past 5 years.
